Although we have increased our inventory of vacation properties, we have not lost one unfurnished rental property to the vacation market. Unfurnished rentals continue to be a good steady investment option. We have recently experience a surge in new investors with unfurnished rentals, particularly in Cottonwood and the Verde Valley. This a great time to invest or purchase your future retirement home!
